Steven  Nastasi

Executive Director

Steven Nastasi brings to Woodhaven over 16 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry. In his career he has held several key positions including; Activity Director, Food Service Director, Business Office Manager, Assisted Living Manager and Executive Director. Steven has years of experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care experience which we feel makes him a tremendous asset to our Residents and Staff here at Woodhaven Village. Steven received both his Undergraduate, BBA and Graduate, MBA degrees from The University of Houston. Steven has two sons, Seth and Logan; both of whom he loves dearly. Steven characterizes his best trait as his sense of humor and quick wit. He feels that these traits, along with his attention to detail and business acumen are what has led him to earn the success within the industry. Steven has been on 13 cruises, and describes it as the 'only way to vacation!' Steven operates with an open-door policy for Residents, Families and Staff and is always willing to do whatever he can to ensure that Woodhaven Village is the best place to call HOME!

Shawna P.  Dodd

Marketing Director

Shawna P. Dodd, wife of Jeff Dodd for 13 years, has an amazing family of 6! Haillie, Hannah, Jude and Sloan keep their family very busy. Their family enjoys their home in the historic district of down town Montgomery. Shawna has been in the Senior Industry since 2008. She started in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Her Independent Living experience began in 2012. Along the way, she discovered that not only does she adore working with Seniors, but she specializes in "opening" new buildings. Shawna has been with Woodhaven Village since the beginning. "I'm honored to be a part of the Woodhaven Village 'Family'. The Residents fill my days with joy! I love building and continuing relationships with each one of them! I never wake up in the morning feeling like I'm going to 'work'. My days here are a blessing and I truly delight in serving our Seniors."

Heather  Anderson

Business Office Manager

Heather Anderson joined Woodhaven Village as our Business Office Manager in February 2017. Heather graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Wellness Promotion from Texas State University. Heather has been in the senior living industry for a little over five years, starting as an Activity Director and worked her way up to being the Business Office Manager. She has a passion for seniors and is willing to help in any way she can to make their lives more relaxing and enjoyable. Heather says being around seniors everyday makes her job rewarding.

Glenda  Norris, LVN

Wellness Director

Glenda Norris studied nursing at Tyler County School of Vocational Nursing and received her license in February 2010 from the Texas Board of Nursing.Glenda knew she wanted to become a nurse at the young age of 11. She was a pharmacy technician in her early twenties which helped her grow her knowledge of pharmaceuticals. She has worked with seniors since 2012 and couldn't imagine her life any differently."Working with seniors is my passion and I am honored to be a part of the team at Woodhaven Village." Glenda was raised in Diboll, TX and currently resides with her family in Montgomery. When not at work Glenda can be found spending her time either hunting/fishing or traveling to Louisiana to be "GiGi" to the sweetest little granddaughter, Blakely.

Robin  Drummond, LVN

Memory Care Director

Robin Drummond graduated from Lonestar College and has been an LVN since 2009. Her entire nursing career has been based around the care of Geriatrics. Robin is always near to educate people about Alzheimer's Disease and loves to lend an ear anytime its needed. She and her husband have 2 children, 1 boy & 1 girl. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and watching her children compete in sports.Robin considers every resident a part of her family and enjoys caring for each one every day.

Jessica  McGeorge

Director of Independent Living

Jessica McGeorge joined Woodhaven Village in November of 2016, as employee number 7. She moved from Slidell, Louisiana in 2011 and has loved living in Texas since day one. Jessica's love for seniors started with her admiration for her grandmother. When Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, her grandmother's home had flooded, and her full-time caregiver wasn't able to return. Not knowing the options available to them, Jessica's family was struggling to find a care provider. Jessica stepped up to the plate and became her "maw-maw's" full time caregiver. Jessica spends her free time with her family

Erica  Hardin

Life Engagement Director

Erica Hardin enjoys serving others. In 2016 she began her career with seniors at Woodhaven Village. Starting off as the 1stactivity assistant, Erica is now the Director and oversees activities throughout our entire 11 acre campus. Her motto is "Plan fun, Have fun". Erica and her mother are currently earning a degree in Biblical Studies. Every Tuesday Erica can be found leading our own personal Worship Service and Bible Study at Woodhaven Village and helps She and her husband, Clay, have been married since 2013. They love traveling the world together and rooting for the Houston Astros!

David  Booker

Maintenance Director

David was born on the island of Cuba but moved back to Texas at a very early age. He spent most of his life in the Dallas area working in different areas of commercial construction. David also served as a firefighter/paramedic for 7 years. He has been married to Bonnie for 14 years and they have 5 daughters, 9 grandchildren, and 2 four-legged children. In December of 2017, David & his wife Bonnie relocated to Conroe from Tyler, TX for the current position as Maintenance Director. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoor photography.

Cesar  Velasco

Housekeeping Supervisor

Cesar has been in the hospitality industry for over 13 years. He has a background in the Food & Beverage Department as well as Housekeeping & Maintenance. When Cesar decided to start a family, he decided he needed to make a career change to dedicate time to his child, Journey. "I prayed for the transition and Woodhaven Senior Living was the answer to my prayer". His love for seniors has grown since joining this industry and he now enrolled in school to expand his knowledge. His dream is to become a physical therapist.


Norman  White

Culinary Service Director

Norman White is a native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Norman found his calling to cuisine after attending Penn State University for his BA, in Political Science. Norman enrolled in C.I.A program for culinary arts and started his apprenticeship under master chef Byron Brady. In 1992, Norman joined Wine Restaurant as Executive Sous Chef of a three-star Michelin restaurant bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched. In 1994 he received his Executive Chef certification and started his career in restaurants, country clubs and at the Carnegie Museum before returning to Penn State University to run the food service department. Norman then started his hospital food service by pioneering the program for the first room service feeding at Meadows Regional Hospital in Vidalia Georgia. Norman is honored to have been on the Culinary Olympic team; a part of various Food Network channel shows and received numerous awards and certificates for culinary arts. Norman has also published two cook-books.
